The ABCs of Volunteering at LEAF Festival
A) Go to our webstore to purchase your application, theLEAF.org/store. You will also find our FAQ and a brief overview of Volunteer Roles and Opportunities on our website, theLEAF.org/Volunteer.
**NOTE** The purchase price of the application is a fee, NOT your volunteer deposit
B) Once you have purchased the volunteer application it will be E-MAILED to you within 24 hours—please be sure to double check spam and junk folders. Once you have received the e-mail, follow the link, fill out the application, click submit, review to be sure it’s correct, and click continue to fully submit your application.
C) Your application is considered complete when we receive your completed application, deposit, and if applicable letter of recommendation and 2 additional references.
**NOTE** We do NOT cash your deposit check or place a hold on your credit card. You are ONLY charged in the event you fail to complete your volunteer commitment.
**NOTE** We do NOT accept money orders or certified checks.
D) Volunteers are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. We do our very best to honor your requests and preferences so the sooner you get your completed application in the more likely you are to get your top choice.
E) **MOST IMPORTANT** LEAF is about community, fun, spreading love and cheer so take a deep breath and relax.
