LEAF IN SCHOOLS & STREETS ENGAGES YOUTH IN SCHOOLS ACROSS WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA
Before each festival LEAF sends out information on available LSS artists to area schools. Our role is to match these artists with teachers and classrooms. Artists go into schools for residencies and workshops before LEAF with most happening the week of the festival. The learning in the classroom culminates with the students and the artist(s) performing on-stage at LEAF!* Check out our LSS program participants to date:
